NFL Week 6 Betting - Best OVER Teams
by Mike Rose

BetUS Sportsbook presents this week's NFL power rankings for which teams that NFL handicapping experts have been making money backing 'overs' this season...
1: Philadelphia Eagles (4-0) (LW: 1) The Eagles just continue to pour a ton of points on the board left and right. They've scored at least 22 points in all four of their games this season, and the 33 they put up on Sunday against the Bucs was their second lowest total of the season. It should be fun seeing how many points they can put on a hapless Oakland squad this weekend.
Up Next: Away @ Raiders
2: San Diego Chargers (3-1) (LW: 3) The Chargers were off last week, which should've given them ample time to get ready for this weekend's huge football betting clash with Denver. With as well as Denver's 'D' has played this year, keeping the string of 'overs' together is going to be difficult, but not impossible…
Up Next: Home vs. Broncos
3: Minnesota Vikings (4-1) (LW: 4) Last week's 38-10 victory over the Rams marked the fifth straight game to start the Brett Favre era in Minnesota in which the Vikes have scored at least 27 points. The next two defenses on deck will look to challenge those figures, as Baltimore and Pittsburgh are certainly not the same pushovers as the likes of Cleveland, Detroit, and St. Louis.
Up Next: Home vs. Ravens
4: Green Bay Packers (3-1) (LW: 8) The Packers shoot up the charts for 'over' bettors off of their bye week thanks to the fact that several teams in front of them played in low-scoring affairs last Sunday. Look for Green Bay to put up some gaudy numbers over these next two weeks, as the Lions and Browns don't exactly play stout defense.
Up Next: Home vs. Lions
5: Kansas City Chiefs (3-1-1) (LW: NR) Kansas City's 26-20 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon probably had very little business ever reaching the 'total', but 'over' bettors will take it all the same. Not only did it take both Dallas and KC to score late touchdowns to force the game to overtime, but even a field goal to end the extra session would've kept it under the closing 43.5-points. But in typical Chiefs style, WR Miles Austin ended up rumbling to the house for 60 yards on what should've been no more than about a 12-yard completion to end the game.
Up Next: Away @ Redskins
6: New York Giants (3-1-1) (LW: NR) It had to be a lot of fun last week being a Giant. Not only was New York up 28-0 at seemingly the blink of an eye, but even after yanking QB Eli Manning in the second quarter and leaving mop up duty to backup David Carr, the Giants had no problem scoring points at a breakneck pace against the Raiders. With the Saints on deck, points may have to fly on the board that fast to keep up with QB Drew Brees and the gang.
Up Next: Away @ Saints
7: Baltimore Ravens (3-2) (LW: 2) For the first time all season, QB Joe Flacco and his offense really couldn't get anything in gear when the Bengals came to town last week. The unit only reached 257 yards of offense, turned the ball over twice, and reached the end zone one time. That won't cut it at this level, especially against a Cincinnati team that has drastically improved from a year ago.
Up Next: Away @ Vikings
8: Cincinnati Bengals (3-2) (LW: 5) RB Cedric Benson rumbled for 120 yards and a touchdown against the stout Baltimore defense last week, further improving his case for Comeback Player of the Year honors. If his Bengals keep up like this and make the playoffs, it may not be so far-fetched to think that he may be an MVP as well. Unfortunately for 'over' bettors, he didn't do enough to help push Cincy's game with Baltimore past the posted number.
Up Next: Home vs. Texans
