Props Picks for NBA Finals Game 4 - Lakers vs. Magic

Bookmark and Share by Eric Williams

After going a solid 5-2-1 on eight NBA Finals Props Picks in Tuesday’s Lakers/Magic Game 3 matchup in the BetUS Locker Room, I am back to provide avid BetUS NBA sports betting members back in the black with some more bankroll-boosting NBA Finals props picks for tonight’s Game 4 matchup.

With tip-off just hours away, let me get down to business NBA betting enthusiasts.

Total Three-Point Shots Made in the Game

Over 15½ 3 pt shots -105

Under 15 ½ 3 pt shots -125

Analysis: In Game 1, the Magic made 8 of 23 three-pointers (.348 percent) compared to L.A.’s 3-for-9 (.333 percent) effort from beyond the arc, for a combined 11 ‘threes’ made in the game.

In Game 2 Orlando shot 10-for-30 (.333 percent) from three-point land while the Lakers made 5-of-15 from downtown (.333 percent) for a combined 15 three-pointers.

In Game 3, the Lakers shot 8-for-23 from downtown while the Magic made 5-of-14 three-point attempts (35.7 percent) for a combined 11 three-pointers.

Not one contest has surpassed tonight’s three-point O/U total, so I say go with the percentages and stick with the Under for this wager.

NBA Free Picks: Under 15½ Total Three Point Shots Made in the Game

Largest lead of the game

Over 14½ points – 110

Under 14½ points - 120

Analysis: The Magic held their largest lead over the Lakers in Game 1 by just five points while L.A.’s biggest lead of the contest was a whopping 28 points, before finishing with a 25-point victory.

In Game 2 the largest lead for any team was a 7-point margin for the Lakers. The Magic could only muster up a three-point lead, which of course, they gave away late in regulation before choking in overtime.

In Game 3, the largest lead the Lakers held was just four points while Orlando could only manage to go up six points on the Lakers despite their record-setting shooting performance.

Take the Under in this simple wager NBA sports betting fanatics.

NBA Free Picks: Under 14½ Point Lead

Winning Margin

Lakers to win by 1-2 pts +700

Lakers to win by 3-6 pts +500

Lakers to win by 7-9 pts +900

Magic to win by 1-2 pts +700

Magic to win by 3-6 pts +400

Magic to win by 7-9 pts +650

Analysis: I nailed the ‘Winning Margin’ props bet on Tuesday, correctly selecting Orlando to win by 3-6 points, putting a whopping +350 in NBA bettors’ pockets that rolled with that selection and I’m coming back tonight with the exact same selection as I expect the Magic to cover the 2-point spread by the narrowest of margins.

NBA Free Picks: Orlando Magic to win by 3-6 pts

Kobe Bryant Total Points

Over 32½ points - 130

Under 32½ points – Ev

Analysis: The league’s most unstoppable offensive force scored a game-high 40 points in Game 1 before adding 29 points in Game 2 and 31 points in Game 3. While Bryant failed to reach Tuesday’s 33-point O/U props wager, handing me one of my props losses that day in the process, I like Bryant to reach the 33-point plateau tonight as he amps up his scoring in an attempt to help the Lakers win Game 4 and take firm control of this series.

NBA Free Picks: Kobe Bryant Over 32½ Points

Kobe Bryant Total Rebounds and Assists

Over 12½ Rebounds + Assists - -105

Under 12½ Rebounds + Assists - -125

Analysis: Bryant had a stellar game 1, grabbing 8 rebounds and dishing out 8 assists before putting up 4 rebounds and 8 assists in Game 2 and 3 rebounds and 8 assists in Game 3. I like the Under for this wager as Bryant focuses more on his offense than his passing. With one Over and one Under outcome against tonight’s O/U total for this wager, I say it’s a safe bet to take Bryant to stay Under tonight’s 12½-rebound/assist total.

NBA Free Picks: Kobe Bryant Under 12½ Total Rebounds and Assists

Pau Gasol Total Points

Over 19 points -110

Under 19 points -120

Analysis: Gasol scored 16 points in game 1 before totaling 24 points in Game 2 and 23 points in Game 3, helping me to drop my only other props wager that day as I selected Gasol to go Under 8 total points in game 3. After reaching the 20-point plateau in each of the last two games, I think it’s safe to say Gasol gets there again tonight.

NBA Free Picks: Pau Gasol Over 19 Total Points

Lamar Odom Total Points and Rebounds

Over 21 ½ Points + Rebounds – EV

Under 21 ½ Points + Rebounds - -130

Analysis: In Game 1, Odom scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. In Game 2, the Lakers’ reserve forward totaled 19 points and 8 rebounds before finishing with just 11 points and 2 rebounds in Game 3. When Odom is aggressive, the Lakers are nearly unbeatable. When he’s not, L.A. is not the same ballclub. I like Odom to top tonight’s set O/U total here with a modest effort of, let’s say 15 points and 8 rebounds.

NBA Free Picks: Lamar Odom Over 21½ Total Points and Rebounds

Dwight Howard Total Rebounds

Over 15 Rebounds -125

Under 15 Rebounds -105

Analysis: In Game 1 Howard totaled 15 rebounds. In Game 2 Howard recorded 16 rebounds before grabbing 14 rebounds in Game 3. This is a pretty tough selection as the Lakers’ tall front line has challenged Dwight Howard since the beginning of the series, causing problems for the low post force on several occasions. Still, I think Howard gets to the 16-rebound mark for the second consecutive game, playing at home tonight.

NBA Free Picks: Dwight Howard Over 15 Total Rebounds

Rashard Lewis Total Points and Assists

Over 23 points + assists - -110

Under 24 points + assists - -115

Analysis: In Game 1 Lewis recorded eight points and zero assists before coming back with 34 points and 7 assists in Game 2 and 21 points and 5 assists in Game 3. Lewis has been as steady as a rock the last two games and the Lakers don’t really seem to have a player that can guard him with his perimeter-based offensive skills despite standing 6-10. Take the Over here BetUS NBA sports betting backers.

NBA Free Picks: Rashard Lewis Over 23 Total Points and Assists

Hedo Turkoglu Total Points and Assists

Over 23 points + assists - -115

Under 23 points + assists - -115

Analysis: In Game 1 Turkoglu recorded 13 points and 2 assists. The sweet-shooting forward put up 22 points and 4 assists in Game 2 before totaling 18 points and 7 assists in Game 3. Turkoglu has also been very good the last two games and will likely do so again tonight playing in front of the Magic’s crazed home fans. Like Lewis, the Lakers don’t have anyone that can guard the 6-10 perimeter-oriented Turkoglu.

NBA Free Picks: Hedo Turkoglu Over 23 Total Points and Assists
